When i booked the room it said it was close to airport. It was not. There was a lot of people everywhere. I felt very uncomfortable being from another country. I was traveling alone. When i got in the room the smell was awful and the cleaning bottle was oh the console below the tv. I was very disappointed. Left right away. I would love to have a refund if possible. The hotel was willing to do so however, i booked with Expedia. I am not a happy customer

Good location and well maintained. Very responsive and friendly staff. Su at front desk was extremely helpful, welcoming, pleasant and prompt. The conceirge staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
