I was taken aback that the hotel put an amazing cake and balloons into my room on my birthday. Small touches like that are really appreciated. Over a very clean hotel with staff who go out of their way to make your stay memorable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It made a super experience. The food esp breakfast and room service was awesome in preparation and flavours. Among things i thought the hotel could improve is the gym which has only basic facilities. But i didnt see many users. Not sure whether it is because the gym facilities are too basic or that there aee not many users therefore the faciliites are basic.

Great hotel, great location.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the marina and its mall. But on the side away from the worst of the traffic, so much easier to get in and out of. It’s very modern inside, nice bars and restaurants. The rooms are modern and well appointed.

This property is very contemporary, clean & welcoming, with on-site restaurants and all the amenities, and has exceptional and very attentive staff. It is also in close proximity to Jumeriah Beach. There is a mall next door in walking distance, restaurants by the marina right outside the hotel, and overall a great location & property. I’d definitely stay here again.
