Checkin was a very slow, long, drawn out process. There were two agents at the front desk and one of them was busy attending to someone else. The other person just stood there looking bored but never called me forward. When I was finally served, it took forever to allocate a room. Furthermore, breakfast at this property is absolutely atrocious. When I stayed here 6 months ago, I left a review that it was one of the best breakfasts in any hotel ever. In the last 6 months, breakfast has dropped off a cliff. A few raw vegetables, soggy old mushy tomatoes which fall apart, highly processed meat and a few things I would not serve to an animal. Cold croissants were available but not a single piece of butter or jam was locatable anywhere. Breakfast was absolutely horrendous.

Huoneessa sängyt todella kovat. Äänieristetty huone oli kaikkea muuta kuin piti. Käytäviltä kantautui meteli huoneeseen. Huoneesta oli näkymä laguunillle eli vilkkaalle tielle päin. Myös konserttisali lähellä kyseisen laguunin puolella ja sieltä musiikki kantautui huoneeseen kovalla metelillä iltaisin. Eli ei sovi herkkäuniaille.

We stayed in the superior room on the 10th floor. It was nice, however the maintenance manager had told us that that floor had only been recently opened, so the refurbishments where still going on. On night, around 11pm, they were still banging and then hoovering! It didn't go on for too long, but at the same time, wasn't expected, this only happened once, so it wasn't too bad. The staff are nice and very welcoming. The restaurant food was very nice.

The hotel was under renovation all morning and fire alarm test for 4 hours we couldn't not sleep at all. Only on Friday for few hours the hotel was quite and we slept few hours before the check out time

EXTREMELY NICE!

The hotel is absolutely lovely and the rooms are just beautiful. The surrounding area is safe and there is plenty to do. I also enjoyed using the pool. Service from staff was excellent. The beds were a little too firm for my liking. Everything at breakfast this time seemed to be incredibly salty even roast potatoes, labneh & lentil dahl. I would probably stay here again...
