Room service dining barely answered the telephone despite calling well within hours of service. Beautiful clean property and great house keeping services. The area itself was a bit difficult for drivers to navigate because of all of the construction around it so always led to double travel time. Overall good stay.

Staff good, entrance lobby glamorous. Room was small, had only one bedside table so one of us had to put phone, book, water etc on floor. No hairdryer. Bathroom door didn't shut. Room had sink, microwave and cutlery but no plates or dishes. What was the idea there? Nowhere to put a case other than on the floor. Breakfast was poor with miniature croissants from the day before and fruit juice surely from a carton. Not impressed.

Such a beautiful , luxurious and great smelling hotel. It is a little far from the city, but totally worth it. The food, breakfast, staff and room are all amazing. We loved staying here SO much. We initially booked for one night during our two week stay and couldn't get enough and kept on adding nights. We ended up staying an additional 4 more nights and were very sad they couldn't take us in for a fifth night.

The emergency light in The room (high lumen Bean) flashed up to 10 Times per hour during The entire stay. Sometimes IT flashed for a few seconds, sometimes stayed on for up to a Minute. I had a very hard Time sleeping. I did report The light on The first Day- but nobody replaced it
