Centara Mirage was a great choice for our family. We have a larger family and opted for a suite. It was definitely worth it & the lounge access was great. The location let us easily make day trips to all the sites without spending the whole day in the car. The hotel itself was very clean and staff was very friendly. Outside water play areas and pool weren’t huge but they were good. Only thing I’d say is that there was less for our 13 year old to do. But in general, don’t think you could do better for a family with kids ~10 and below. Definitely recommend.

Initial Impression: The resort made a good first impression — the front desk staff were very helpful and kind, which we appreciated. The Resort: The property itself is nice and well-maintained. However, there are several strict policies in place. One in particular we didn’t enjoy was the enforced line-up each morning to get a sun lounger, which felt overly rigid and inconvenient. Transportation: The resort’s driving service left much to be desired. At times, it was outright unhelpful, which made getting around more frustrating than it needed to be. Location: Be aware that this resort is quite far from major attractions. Most activities and places of interest require transportation, which adds extra planning and cost to your stay. Excursions: we attempted to book through resort recommended agents, however, we felt they were not overly eager to help and had many delays, therefore, we schedule excursions independently. We spent an additional week in Dubai which was incredible service and hospitality were great. We would recommend considering other accommodations when planning your trip to Dubai.

This hotel deserves 5 stars. Incredible service , great food, great entertainment for kids. If you have kids and planning to go Dubai , this is the only hotel for you. No better hotel for kids . Close to airport and not far from central Dubai

Cool place with great amenities. Busy and long wait times for check-in but staff is kind and helpful. Elevator wait times are kinda crazy. We could hear the ppl in the room above us and yes we could also hear the planes but none of that was a bother. We would visit Centara again.

Not worth. You pay for water at - £400/night

You pay "fullboard" price and they charge you for glass of water with your meal. After paying £750 gbp for 2 nights as fullboard guest, i didnt expect to pay for everytime me or my kids needed water in 45* degree of Dubai heat. Meals daily same meals, restricted to choice in menu and quantity even as fullboard customer. Food pretty average, breakfast again average, lack of choices in food and beverages even as all inclusive. Water rides again limited for what you expect at £400 night, staff lovely but keep reminding you of charges for drinks, doesnt make you feel comfortable. Overall not happy for what we paid and what we received
