This property is a small studio apartment, hence it is not suitable for ‘sleeps 3’ as advertised on Expedia. Can only sleep 2 adults. The advert is misleading. There is a sofa bed but mainly suitable for a child under the age of 5 yrs. It has a lovely outdoor roof top 15 metre swimming pool that is suitable for adults only as it is 1.8 metre deep. Lovely area, plenty of nice restaurants and takeaways nearby. Apartment was clean but veranda door lock was broken and this had to be reported before it was fixed. We requested for a one bedroom apartment as we only noticed on arrival that the apartment was a small studio apartment not a one bedroom that we had booked. The host did not provide a one bed apartment. I have given a low score as the ad was misleading implying the apartment would sleep 3 when in-fact it only sleeps 2 adults. In addition to this we received 20 min on arrival WhatsApp message how to access the apartment, a long text on loading an app and downloading keyless app. We only required a digital code for the door; there was no awareness of customer focussed or making stress free and simple to access the key for the apartment. When u are travelling from the UK, which is a long journey the host needs to improve on showing insight to the customers journey.
