The hotel and our stay exceeded our expectations! There was so much to do to keep us entertained and what stood out the most was the friendliness of all the staff and how attentive they were. From the restaurant staff to house keeping - they recognised us, remembered us, knew what we liked and what we needed and made sure we had everything we needed without even asking sometimes. This hotel was perfect for my family and can’t fault anything! Would love to go back one day!

it is an amazing place to stay, just exceptional. Amazing food, amazing customer services, shopping... etc.. all over the top! But it is not a quiet place. They have thousands of rooms. The hotel is very busy. My most memorable experience... bottomless mimosas during brunch (mimosas with Moet Chandon!).. love, love, love, love.....

Staff are excellent, polite and very friendly. They work very hard and are an asset to the hotel. The quality of the hotel is unmatched, plenty to do if not on the expensive side. You're really paying a premium for the location and ambience and if your comfortable with that then it's a 5 star, if not then you'll find yourself looking outside of the resort for entertainment sooner than later as the glamour of the hotel does wear off after a while. It's an experience though and if you got deep pockets I think worth it, but is it a repeat? Probably not.

security check was too strick and i had to come down to struggle with my baggage. lobby was too crowded and l felt there was not enough staffs. one of snack bundles was missing and I had to call to check and report that one was missing. I did not wanted to be charged for what I did not consumed. I booked two exact same rooms, and we were able to find this out.

This is a family friendly resort. It’s well maintained. The staff are incredibly helpful. Lots of good food options for $$ options. You’re not going here to save money. You’re booking this place to enjoy the amenities and resort feel in Dubai. This is the 2nd time visiting and we love it for what it is: a relaxing waterpark family adventure. Yes, it’s an adventure but also relaxing. I was able to spend lots of time at the beach while the teen played at the waterpark. Win win.
