Hotel was ok, check in and check out disappointing

Didn’t have my room ready when I arrived at 8pm, made me wait. Decided they needed to check my room on departure and made me wait for 10 minutes. Stressful when you have a flight to catch and seems pointless when they have your card details.

As I had described you, I am not happy with this hotel! Unfortunately they ripped off us, I have prove with pictures to show you how the fridge was dirty and they never came to clean up our room. And when we complain to management counter, they frighten me to call police. They came to clean up next room 3 o’clock morning and they never understand we at sleep. Inside fridge was mould and dirty and insects, because fridge was faulty and they never came to change until one day remained to finish our holiday.l have proved evidence to show you! But I think you would never be able to do.because even not pick up your colleague.
