The Space:

A 55-inch HD TV with cable channels and a marble-top TV unit set the tone for relaxing evenings in. The soft plush carpet underfoot and large windows framing views of the city make this a space you’ll love coming home to.



Slide open the door to your private balcony, complete with outdoor seating. From here, enjoy the gentle evening breeze and glimpses of Dubai’s glittering city views — the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.



Beside it, the dining area features a round marble-top table paired with upholstered dining chairs —perfect for sharing a meal or morning coffee while planning your day’s adventures.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home: microwave, fridge, oven, cookware, dinnerware, and more — whether you’re preparing a quick snack or a cosy dinner in.



The bedroom is your private haven. A king-sized bed dressed in premium linens and plush pillows promises a restful night’s sleep. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).



Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

Late Check-in Fee: A surcharge of AED 200 applies for check-ins between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.



Please note that baby cots & baby high-chair are subject to availability only.



Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1500.



Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee.



Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 for each lost access card.



Late check-out fee AED 100/hour.
