The good:
- My room was upgraded from one bed apt to one with a balcony
- Most of the staff were courteous and had a smile on their faces. They were all helpful when approached.
- Room was spacious and clean. Though the carpets could have done with a deeper clean.
- Breakfast buffet had good options - I am fine with repeatations here so ymmv
- I went for half board (as got a really nice deal) and lunch (though fixed menu) was really good.
- Beach was really nice and well served by the staff
The bad:
- Pool was a bit small but the beach is a good alternative
- Room missed a dishwasher - though the house maintenance staff cleaned the occational stray cup left in the sink
- The hotel in not ON the beach - it's behind the Radisson resort - though it took 5 mins to walk to the beach
- The dinner buffet options were uninspiring
- Loud road contruction noise woke me up in the morning even though I was on a high floor and the windows were shut (unfortunately out of hotel's controls)
- Friday evenings the traffic is really bad with cars heading to west beach - leading to impassionate honking till around 2-3AM (again out of hotel's control the fix)
Overall good for the price paid - and can imagine will be excellent for families with kids.
