The apartment offers a spacious open-plan dining and sitting area with smart TV, ideal for unwinding after a day at JBR beach. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy stunning views and savour your morning coffee while taking in the marina views.



Equipped with high-quality amenities, the kitchen includes a washing machine for your convenience. You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, I will provide complimentary tea and coffee with enough to get you started until you can get to the supermarket, there is one within the building!



Accommodating up to 4 guests, this retreat features a master bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, alongside with queen sofa bed—ensuring everyone enjoys a comfortable stay.



Please notify me no later than 48 hours prior to check-in if you require the sofa bed to be made up. Requests made after this time may not guarantee the preparation of the sofa bed or the provision of additional linens and towels see house rules for more information.

▶ What I need from you in advance:

⋆ Consent to House Rules: All guests must provide written consent to the house rules on chat before access is allowed.

⋆ Personal Information: Please provide the home address, email address, and passport copies for all guests at least 24 hours before check-in. Failure to do so will result in an inability to check in.

⋆ Booking changes are not guaranteed and depend on the host’s discretion.

⋆ Early Communication Request: We kindly ask that you share any concerns or issues with us directly, giving us the opportunity to promptly assist you.

⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.

⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.

⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
