Breakfast offered was good variety. Overall the room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Walls are thin so could hear everything from next room; however everyone quieted down when they were supposed to so sleeping wasn't an issue.

I reserved a "mobility access" room- that's all that was left with one bed- but I need a room close to lobby or elevator because of some issues I have. I assumed our room was close to these areas because of it's designation as mobility access. It could not have been FARTHER away. I was very disappointed. I will not stay at a Holiday Inn again!!

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel (this time it was our honeymoon) and we WILL be back. The staff is so friendly, nice, and helpful and someone is at the desk 24/7. The hotel is clean and well kept and it is easy to get to. Pizza Hut next door, Walmart, Dunkin, DQ and McD just down the road. And other great places to eat not too far away. Yes, we saw elk in Benezette. And a porcupine along the way. Also a short drive to Kinzua Bridge. Now I'm ready to go back to St. Marys!

Not so great this year

We stay here every year, and this year was by far the worst. We never have any issues, but this year the rooms were dirty. Our first room was slept in and someone’s stuff was still in there. Our second room has this poop.? Like stuff on the bathroom door frame, and nasty stuff in the freezer in the fridge. As a house keeper I look for cleanliness when I stay at other hotels, and this did not meet my expectations this year unfortunately. We usually love this hotel, and unfortunately didn’t take pictures of the first room because I thought someone was still occupying it.
