The front lady is super helpful with the mistake that made by Expedia. I reserved 2 rooms. Received confirmation on my email. But the hotel only saw one room on their end. The lady Melissa was very patient helping us to talk to the Expedia

My husband & i travel with a medical alert dog she alerts when my husbands sugar is low they changed me a pet fee which is illegal my law i wasnt going to argue we paid it ill get the fee back thank god she is trained to alert his sugar got very low ..the rooms definitely need to be cleaned better we found chewed gum under the mattress & my sheets were stained we always bring our own this is why we do ..people were slamming doors all night ..the breakfast was good & the lady setting things up was great the front desk associates were ok the one lady friday am was super nice & helpful the man at the front desk Saturday am was rude didnt say one word. When we come to dubois again we wont be staying here there are better places to stay & more friendly

Road Trip Stay

We were just traveling through with our small dog. We were given 1st floor rooms. The rooms smelled very musty, like they hadn't been used in a long time. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice layout. Evening desk attendant was unfriendly. Breakfast was ok.
