This is a “Handicap Accessible”efficiency apartment being part of a single family home located in a very nice residential area in the Village of Dryden. 650 sq. ft. with a queen size bed, fully stocked kitchenette including, full bath/whirlpool tub/shower, internet TV, and WiFi.

Owners live upstairs and are fully Vaccinated for COVID-19.

Parking is conveniently adjacent to outside door.
