The concept is simple: You rent the apartment on the upper floor alone or with a basement:

When renting, of course, you have the entire apartment to yourself. The bathroom, the TV / video area and the bar are of course free to use. Every room is equipped with music. Fresh towels are mandatory. The lady on the ground floor lets the guests in by appointment & shows everything. It can also make rebookings. If necessary, invoices will of course be issued for renting. Those who do not want this for reasons of discretion will not do so. A person's ID must be shown for the security of the house.
