New apartment in the middle of vineyards

The guest accommodation is located in a residential building together with two other residential units. With a lot of love we have recently renovated the apartment and furnished it completely new. The apartment is on the ground floor, but can only be reached by stairs due to the hillside location.
The accommodation unit comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom and a hallway.
Overall, the apartment has a size of 51 m².
Guests have access to all areas of the apartment and to the basement with washing and drying room and driving room.
Our apartment is located in the landscape conservation area Bosel, directly on the wine hiking trail and on the Saxon Wine Route.
The house is very quiet in a forest area on a service road. In the vicinity you can reach several wineries and broom restaurants on foot.
A direct route takes you to the Elberadweg by bike after 1 km.
From the house you hike 1.4 km to the Boselspitze viewpoint, from where you can enjoy the view of the Elbe valley towards Dresden, and with good visibility even into Saxon Switzerland. You can reach other viewpoints in a similar distance by walking through the forest and vineyards.
The city center of Meißen with many sights, such as the Albrechtsburg and porcelain manufactory, is 5 km away. Dresden, 20 km away, can be easily reached from the Meißen train station by S-Bahn or directly by car in about 30 minutes.
