Welcome to our small apartment in the conservation area Loschwitz!
You stay with us very quiet in a dead end and most woken by birdsong.
Nevertheless, after 5 minutes walk you reach the tram line 11 (direct connection to the city, Neustadt and both stations) or in 10 minutes to Körnerplatz the famous "Blue Wonder".
A small bedroom, a living / dining room with another sleeping possibility (on the sofa) and mini kitchen and a shower room, all well equipped, are waiting for you. A cot can be provided if required.
There's a private balcony. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
