We stayed for one night. The bed was very hard, and the room was dirty with dust in the bathroom. The bed was only made up for one person even though we informed them we were two. There was also no information on the booking that we had to pay extra for parking. However, when we told the reception we needed more bedding, a staff member came quickly to make up the bed and brought an extra towel, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately we did not have a pleasant stay. The best thing about the hotel was the price. Breakfast was good too. We arrived with a small child. The room we were offered smelled terrible. The staff was helpful though and we were offered alternative rooms but had to split up as they could not put a cod in the other rooms. It was very hot and the rooms have no air conditioning which make them very uncomfortable. The hotel is frequented mostly by trades people. The pictures on Expedia were deceiving. Not recommended for families or couples. Free parking is available though there are warning signs about thefts.

The room was very simple with no impression of Quality or high standard ! Insects in the room, one dead one alive Not clean on the floor either. Tv is useless as there are only german subtitrated programs, no sport or movie channels ( or very few) Outside parking very expensive 10 euro for the night (it could as well be on the street) Breakfast good ! Does not live up to german standards for the prise.

Das Hotel war gut für den Preis. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hätte etwas mehr Auswahl haben können anstatt jeden Tag die selbe Wurst.Alternativ zum Brötchen gab es Brot. Croissons wären mal schön gewesen. Das Hotel ist sauber, die Zimmer gut. Die Lage ist nicht sehr schön, keine Möglichkeit einfach mal spazieren zu gehen, da das Hotel an der Hauptstrasse/Industriegebiet liegt. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist der St.Pauli Friedhof. Richtig toll. 160 Jahre alt und sehr viel Zeitgeschichte auf den Grabsteinen.Busverbindung in die Altstadt problemlos mit einmal umsteigen. Innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten in der Altstadt. Preis Leistung gut!

Wir haben das Hotel bereits mehrmals gebucht. Preis /Leistung ist gut. Die Zimmer könnten so langsam eine Auffrischung vertragen. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkt teilweise etwas unsicher aber eventuell war es neues Personal. Grundsätzlich ist es aber ein gutes Hotel und wir würden wiederkommen.

Das Hotel liegt eher außerhalb, ist gepflegt und sauber. Das bezogene Zimmer war zweckmäßig, jedoch mit recht kleinem Badezimmer und mit kleineren Mängeln, wie z.B. nicht fest montiertem Türgriff der Bad-Tür. Alles in allem aber empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel war für eine Nacht in Ordnung. Das Bett war leider sehr unbequem, die Matraze sehr hart. Wir hatten ein Zustellbett im Zimmer, obwohl der Platz dafür kaum ausgereicht hat. Das Duschwasser wechselte permanent die Temperatur, bis hin zu sehr heiß! Dafür war das Frühstück in Ordnung.
