The problem is that when we arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms available and we were sent to another hotel, where they charged us extra for the night. Now I can't even afford to pay for a hotel I didn't even stay at.

Das Hotel-Team ist sehr unterstützend und freundlich. Besonders die Flexibilität bei der Verschiebung unserer Buchung ohne Stornierungsoption war äußerst hilfreich. Das Zimmer war sauber und leise. Jedoch für ein besseres Preisleitungsverhältnis wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, ein Frühstück im Leistungsumfang zu haben. Ansonsten top!
