The very comfortable thatched-roof house “Meeresbrandung,” located right by the sea, was designed as a house with two self-contained vacation apartments—“Seeanemone” and “Seeigel”—opened in the summer of 2012, and completely renovated in 2021.
They offer every conceivable comfort, including a fireplace, a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, underfloor heating on the first floor and in the bathrooms, a dining area and a modern sitting area, an LCD TV, patio furniture, bicycles, a grill, a beach chair, and much more.
Both vacation rentals—“Seeanemone” and “Seeigel”—have been awarded 5 stars by the DTV (German Tourism Association).

The “Seeigel” vacation rental is located on the first floor and features a living room with a living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed and a child’s bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, all within a living area of 66 square meters, and accommodates 2 adults and one child.

Also on the first floor: the utility room with a washing machine—and don’t forget—a great sauna!

The “Seeanemone” vacation rental, with a living area of 111 square meters, is spread over two levels: the upper floor and the attic.
Upper floor: living room with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining area for six people, TV, and a sitting area; a bedroom with a double bed; and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Attic: a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

With a total of 176 m², the “Meeresbrandung” vacation home offers plenty of space for even larger families to relax and unwind in the midst of a wonderful setting.
Its proximity to the Baltic Sea and the stunning views make the “Meeresbrandung” vacation home, with its two living units, truly unique.

The design concept behind the construction of the thatched-roof house “Meeresbrandung” was based, among other things, on the idea of the “Sea Anemone” for parents with their children and the “Sea Urchins” for the grandparents, with space for everyone to enjoy dinner together in the “Sea Anemone”…

From the terrace, you can step out into the garden, which features a grill, a beach chair, and garden furniture and lounge chairs that invite you to relax. The house offers a fantastic view of the sea and the island of Hiddensee.
