Not just a room, you will have the entire apartment to yourself, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a golf course view. Conveniently located only 2 miles away from shopping, restaurants, Dover Downs, NASCAR and Delaware State University, 1 hour from Rehoboth beach, and 1.5 hours to Ocean City.
Note: The apartment is connected to the main house by French Doors which are locked on both sides.
Private 1 bedroom apartment on the back left side of the main house. There is a private keypad entrance, full kitchen with all the essentials, refrigerator, stove, microwave , dishwasher, reclining sofa, queen air mattress and bedding for second bed, washer and dryer. Two Smart TV’s with free Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix in the main living space and the bedroom. Free WiFi included.
Queen size air mattress and bedding is in the closet for you to set up for extra guests if desired. It will fit best in the main living space.
