Arrived at 7pm - outside doors locked. Rang bell for over 15 minutes - finally a delivery person let me in. The stood by the front desk ringing the bell for another 15 minutes. Person finally came out yawning - said they were in the bathroom??? Room was smelly/stuffy. I I was like someone had smoked And it was covered up with spray. Had no choice to go elsewhere.

We stayed here a week and only had housekeeping come in once. Some of my wife's makeup was stolen during that time. The room cleanliness was subpar and the elevator smelled like weed every time we used it. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is pretty quiet and clean. There is plenty of parking and there is also a McDonald next door which is walkable to the hotel. They serve hot breakfast in the morning.
