I asked for a non-smoking room and was put in a smoker room. The place reeked. The tv didn’t work and the dresser looked basically destroyed. I hope for their own sake they get deep cleaned and renovated in the near future.

The listing was completely bogus. We book conjuring rooms that were advertised. Upon arrival, “we don’t have those “. The room we got for one night was disgusting. The door looked have been broken Into at least once with pathetic attempt to “fix”. The bathroom door was an inch out of square so wouldn’t latch at all. The tub spigot wasn’t even attached avd had a constant drip. Upon arrival, had a person approach us to but stolen goods so he could afford another night at this “hotel”. Negative 1,000,000,000,000. Absolute worst experience ever in booking a hotel online.

I had to have them switch rooms because the 1st one smelled horrible and the floor felt like it was going to cave in. The 2nd room was a little better but definately not where I would have stayed. The pictures online do not match what I received. I will not recommend or ever stay there again.

Shortly after checking in I had to return to the front desk to ask for another room. The queen size bed that I paid for was not even a Queen mattress. The second issue is the lack of cleanliness. Everything is dirty from the inside and outside of the fridge to the bathtub. Some of the towels remain unchanged not to mention the stains in everything and everywhere. Lights and heater were broken. Lastly the atmosphere and vibe is completely unsafe and loud. Constant fights banging and loitering. 0/10 would not recommend.

I arrived at 11pm the area was not safe at all, I had front desk escort me to my room .. the area had two dudes pacing back and forth one even sat on the driving seat of his van, it was extremely suspicious.. the room was not pretty at all . The saying goes you get what you paid for.
