The rooms need updating and i understand there were some renovations in progress. Beds were comfortable, shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor due to cloth shower curtains that get soaked, no liners in them. Breakfast was typical. Atea was kept clean except for knats or fruit flies in the atea. Staff friendly

Overall, the hotel is very warn down looking. Very old and kind of beat bathrooms, shower curtain, furniture. It was clean but I was disappointed in the overall condition of the hotel. Staff was pleasant.

Air conditioner/heater was extremely noisy. Room was not spotless. The walls had stains of some sort. Could have used a cleaning or painting. Bathroom tile edges where they meet the walls could use a better cleaning. Mattress was a bit soft. Other than that the room was fine. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was decent.

THE STAFF ARE COURTEOUS. MY ROOM IS CLEAN AND NICE BUT THE OTTOMAN IS WORN OUT. THE DINING CHAIRS ARE WORN OUT SHOWING THE FLAKY LEATHER BUT STILL COMFORTABLE. THE LOCATION HAS GREAT ACCESS TO DOVER MALL, SHOPPING CENTERS, FAST FOOD AND RESTAURANTS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I do not have a receipt from Hotels.com The chair seats in the continental breakfast area all need replacing. The plastic was pealing off. The window seals were warped and needed painting. The tiles in our bathroom needed grout. This hotel needs renovating. Some fresh new paint, new carpet and furniture replacement would make this hotel more appealing. The beds, sink, toilet and shower were clean.
