Renovated in the local style, this charming little chalet features two separate bedrooms (one with a 140x190 bed and the other with two 90x190 beds).<br>It also features a fully equipped kitchen (electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), which opens onto the dining area and the living room, which includes a sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV.<br>Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.<br>The entire property is set on a 100m² south-facing lot with trees, featuring a covered patio, patio furniture, a barbecue, and a private parking space.<br>The beach and other amenities (mini-market, restaurant, harbor, bike path, etc.) are located just a few meters from the chalet.<br>Adult access (for a fee) to a heated indoor pool and spa.<br>Free water play area for children.
The bathroom has a shower.
