Hotel was nice, nice food in the bar and the location was perfect for what we needed. Only issue was some earwigs crawling around bathroom floor and shower, wouldn't put me off staying here again but maybe rooms need to be sprayed. Bed was very comfortable and room was a nice size. Shower was very good once earwigs were washed down the drain first.

Room was nice. Staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. Restraunt and bar are great. There are only 3 free parking spaces nearby and the rest is paid parking 8:00 to 6:30 pm and the enforcement is very aggressive.

Nice clean room. Basic. No parking. Had to get up early to pay for public parking before clampers came on duty. Staff friendly and helpful. Noise from air conditioning on roof was too loud in bedroom. Receptionist took note of that. Ideal location in Douglas.
