Cozy Countryside Cottage with Spacious Garden – Sleeps 4-5

Renovated Gâtinaise farmhouse adjoining another gîte, but preserving its independence thanks to a tree-lined hedge. It is located in the countryside where peace and quiet reign. A green space is accessible to the front (600 m²) and to the rear of the semi-enclosed gîte (750 m²). This adjoining gîte has two bedrooms that can accommodate four people.
Ground floor: entrance hall, large room with fitted kitchen, dining area, and lounge area, and toilet.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), en-suite shower room with toilet, 1 bedroom (2 single beds or 1 queen-size bed) with en-suite shower room with toilet.

Shared swimming pool (8m x 4m) with the second gîte. Unheated, open from May to September for a relaxing moment (the small building located 10m from the gîte is the pool's technical room - not accessible to guests).

Electric heating is available at an additional cost (charged based on consumption) and/or wood pellets (€10 per bag). End-of-stay cleaning fee of €60 (mandatory for companies every 15 days). Sheets provided. (Towels are NOT provided, please bring your own). Mobile coverage: SFR and Orange.

Coming from Paris take the A6 motorway towards Lyon. Take the Courtenay exit and continue to Douchy. In the village, direction Montargis and 1 km, turn right towards Chuelles. The gîte is 2 km on the right.
