The staff were all friendly, but the room wasn’t clean. The carpet was all stained and sticky in some places, the pull out mattress had several brownish red stains on it, there were globs of hair (that wasn’t ours) on the floor and the tub had discolored spots all over the bottom of it.

After driving 6 hours, we were denied our reserved rooms per front desk because our dog was 40lbs. No where on their website or Expedia listing did they list a weight limit for pets. Had to find another hotel to stay for the night

The staff at the time of check in was great! The room itself was god but there were a few things that concerned me first was the were roaches in the room and I have pictures to verify. I did report it to the staff at check out time and she said she would let the others know. Another thing was the king bed sheets were nasty I have pictures of that also.
