The vacation rental features a spacious living area with a sitting area that includes a sleeper sofa (which can accommodate 2 additional guests), a flat-screen TV with Netflix access, a bookshelf, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area that seats 4 people. You’ll have a double bedroom (160x200 bed) with direct access to the bathroom (bathtub, vanity, and toilet). Outside, you’ll have access to: patio furniture, lounge chairs, secure parking (enclosed by an electric gate), and access to the fully fenced-in park. Outdoor games, a badminton set, Molkky, a children’s playground, a trampoline, and a pétanque court are available for your use. Heating, electricity, bath linens, and made-up beds upon arrival are included in the price of your stay. You can park one vehicle in the property’s parking lot, which is secured by a surveillance camera. Just 20 minutes from downtown Troyes, 15 minutes from the outlet malls, and 10 minutes from the A5/A26 highway, come stay in a charming cottage where peace, relaxation, and serenity reign. This air-conditioned cottage (sleeping 2 to 4 people), located on the upper floor of an outbuilding, is nestled in the heart of the Forêt d’Orient Natural Park, just a few minutes from the lakes, on a one-hectare property surrounded by century-old trees and lush greenery.
