Very welcoming young lady on arrival. She informed us that it is €15 for parking, no concessions for disabled parking! Room was OK, could do with a good clean, carpet appeared threadbare, but think it was just the pattern. However, the towels are very threadbare! Bed was very comfortable, with nice clean bedding. Breakfast was good, however, they quickly ran out of items. Overall, 7/10.

Excellent hotel

Every time we are going to Dortmund we book this hotel. It’s clean, staff friendly, breakfast delicious. Location perfect. Normally we check in online the day before which means at the hotel the check in takes only a minute. Everything just perfect.

Everyone staff member are very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and efficient. At the reception they are happy to help with everything. 3 minutes away from the main station and 5 minutes away from the city centre.
