"The room we had did not match the picture at all (multilevel with stairs), but I booked this a while ago, so I may have just chosen a different option. ? There was a snack area advertised, but we didn’t find snacks there, just some hot drink options. But there were board games available, so that was nice. No one was present to check us in, but they were easily able to reach since Hotels.com didn’t send a message about check in (I had like 5 emails from them, but none of them had check in instructions.) Anyway, it worked. Nothing fancy, but worked for our trip."
