The double bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and likewise opens onto a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and also provides access to a balcony. The bathroom features a shower, bidet, and WC. The apartment benefits from a total of 3 balconies, including a main balcony of 4 m2 and 2 smaller balconies, all furnished with balcony furniture.
