APARTMENT COMFORTABLE TO THE CENTRE and to the beach of Cala Gonone, for holidays without the need of a car, with a wonderful view over the waters of the Gulf of Orosei. Situated on the second and last floor, it consists of a living room, kitchen, three double bedrooms and bathroom; from the living room there is access to a furnished veranda where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation and also eat outdoors. There is a TV, washing machine, oven, air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, hairdryer, iron and ironing board; free parking in front of the house.

For large groups, there are two other flats available in the same building for rent that can accommodate 5 and 7 people respectively, making a total of 19 beds.

Because of its location, it is the ideal holiday home for those who wish to be conveniently close to the beach (600 metres) and to the various restaurants, bars and services in general in Cala Gonone without being right in the centre, as well as for those who want a starting point for diving into the wonderful waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Cala Luna and Cala Sisine, to name but a few.
