Excellent pub hotel for a goodnight sleep although can be busy until 11 due to downstairs pub which is understandable but a nice clean cosy room with en-suite. Reception team was lovely!

The staff were very welcoming, very helpful, nothing too much trouble. The accommodation was excellent, very clean. The food was outstanding complimented the chef on the two nights that we were there. Certainly recommend this to friends. Would certainly stay there again.

The room was lovely and clean and although this is a pub it is so quiet on an evening the staff are really lovely and really handy is a train station close by so you can explore some beautiful coastline. the breakfast was lovely and just perfect for what you need, we had a couple of beers in the pub and even got an early night one evening and didnt hear any noise coming from downstairs the staff were thoughtful and attentive and were happy to answer questions and help when needed really a little gem we would stay here again it was perfect for our needs a beautiful cosy quiet hide away

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, had a quiet room at the back so didn't hear road noise at all. Right near railway line but didn't really hear that either. Happy, friendly staff. Lovely room. Bed was comfortable but the only niggle is I could feel the mattress buttons through the sheet so need extra thick protector on the bed, other than that it was perfect. Really appreciated the kettle, teas, coffees etc & toiletries. Also only 20 mins or so from town.Would definitely stay here again!
