Mandalay Park Farmstay is a private country retreat in the peaceful Dooralong Valley on the NSW Central Coast, around 90 minutes from Sydney.

Perfect for extended families, multi-family holidays and relaxing getaways with friends, our farmstay accommodates up to 14 guests, with plenty of space to spend time together and unwind.

Enjoy your own private country escape, complete with a swimming pool, friendly farm animals, spacious lawns and a large games shed.

Whether you're sharing a BBQ, enjoying a swim, challenging each other to a game of pool or simply relaxing in the fresh country air, Mandalay Park is a place to slow down and make memories together.

We welcome just one booking group at a time, so you'll have both accommodation homes and the designated guest facilities to yourselves.

Your stay includes two neighbouring homes, offering shared spaces to gather and separate living areas when you'd like a little downtime.

For groups of 13–14, extra beds or sofa bed arrangements may be needed. Please confirm your final guest numbers and preferred bed setup before arrival so we can prepare everything for your stay.

🌿 Good to Know

Mandalay Park is a working rural property, so you may hear farm animals and the natural sounds of the countryside.

Children must be supervised around the swimming pool, animals and farm areas. Some paddocks and working areas are restricted for safety.

The owners do not live on the property, and only one overnight guest group is welcomed at a time.

We welcome families and friends looking to relax, catch up and enjoy time together.

Small, respectful gatherings within your booked group are welcome. However, loud parties, excessive noise and large or unapproved events are not permitted.
