La Tór Apartments - Pramotton: A Cozy, Fully Equipped Apartment

The house is located in Pramotton, a quiet hamlet of Donnas. Its location allows you to immerse yourself in nature while still being just a stone’s throw from all amenities: both Donnas, a town with every service you could need, and Pont-Saint-Martin, the starting point for hikes and day trips to the Lys Valley, Gressoney, Champorcher, or Ayas.
It’s also very convenient for cultural excursions to Bard Fortress or along the Via Francigena.
Excellent views of the Lys Valley, the Pramotton Tower, and Bard Fortress.
The Space
The apartment is just under 60 square meters. The entryway opens onto an open-concept living area with a TV area and living space, followed by a bathroom with a washing machine, a small bedroom with two single beds, and finally a master bedroom with a view from its charming little balcony.
Guest Access
Access is reserved for guests only; you enter through the large courtyard in front of the house.
The courtyard is shared with my family, who use the first floor in the summer and tend the vegetable garden behind the house.
Other things to keep in mind
The house is surrounded by a low wall with a railing and a fence; it features a large courtyard in front and a green lawn in the back, clearly visible from the balcony of the master bedroom.
At least one window in each room is equipped with a screen.
