Großes Haus mit sensationellem Ausblick

Wir waren mit 4 Fahrzeugen da, bis zu drei passten in die sehr schmale Einfahrt, weiter oben an der Straße waren nochmal zwei Stellplätze.Dann ging es 77 Treppen runter zum urigen Haus im venezianischen Stil inkl. Möbel. Frühstück im Freien mit Blick auf den See war sensationell. Die Überdachung brachte Schatten und es war damit sehr angenehm.Jeweils zwei Doppelzimmer mit einem Bad pro Etage und eine separate Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Badezimmer. Teilweise mit Badewanne oder Dusche.Allerdings heizten sich fast alle Zimmer über den Tag sehr auf und man konnte abends kaum schlafen. Klima oder Lüfter sind leider nicht vorhanden. Fenster und Türen offen lassen, war die einzige Option, brachte aber die Insekten ins Haus.In der Küche war eigentlich alles vorhanden, spartanisch und einfach.Grillen im Garten am großen Kamingrill ging gut.

This is a fantastic villa

This house has an extraordinary view of the lake Como. It has ample indoor en outdoor spaces, the interior is more classic than modern. Has basic kitchen anenities. Note that bedlinnen is provided however no towels, but ee brought our own. Situated close to supermarket and locsl restaurants, though these can only be reached conveniently by car. All in all this venue can be recommended for a family holiday

Villa super agréable, vue magnifique, beaucoup de visites et d'activités possibles.

Idéale pour une grande famille, pourrait loger plus que 12 personnes car beaucoup d'espace, ne convient pas pour une personne qui a des problèmes de locomotion (74 escaliers pour arriver à la première partie et encore une vingtaine pour la 2e partie)

Das Haus ist sehr groß. Die Aussicht atemberaubend. Man kommt gut mit dem Auto hin. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ausreichend.

Die Lage sowie die Aussicht sind phänomenal. Selbst im Oktober war das Frühstück in der Morgensonne auf der Terrasse möglich!
