About this property

Original gîte in a traveling trailer, on private land near Cluny

A 'nature' stay awaits you in the La Fay caravan. The land reserved for you is completely independent.

This former traveling trailer accompanied the journey of a confectioner in the 1930s.
We restored it while trying to preserve the environment. We made the most of local products (Douglas in particular) and furniture and objects gleaned from attics and flea markets.

The trailer is equipped to receive 2 adults (140 x 200 bed) and 2 children (sofa bed 65 x 160 and extra sleeping). You will also find a kitchen area with fridge, freezer compartment, 2 gas burners.

From May to September, possibility of reserving in addition a small caravan (2 to 3 places). Do not hesitate to ask us.

In addition to the trailer, you will also find a shelter (summer kitchen) and an old sheepfold with sanitary facilities (dry toilets, Italian shower, sink).

There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
Breakfast is available for a fee.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. In einem derartig schön restaurierten Wohnwagen der ziehenden zu wohnen war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Wir haben die Ruhe und den fantastischen Sternenhimmel genossen. Ein Moskitonetz dabei zu haben, empfiehlt sich für Menschen die Mücken anziehen;-)

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans la région avec une nuit magique dans la roulotte. Dés que l'on pousse la jolie porte bleue, on est transporté dans un monde d'un autre temps. La roulotte est superbement décorée et chaleureuse. Le couchage est très bien. Nous avons passé une soirée dépaysante et une nuit magique et très calme.La cuisine d'été et ses lampoins ne demande qu'a être utilisée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir passé du temps dans ce petit coin de verdure. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Petit séjour inoubliable à la roulotte de La Fay (et de la fée Marina!) Bel environnement très calme. Roulotte et extérieur très confortables et merveilleusement décorés. Les enfants en gardent un très beau souvenir. On reviendra!

vacances au calme à la campagne

Cadre sympa: nous avons beaucoup aimé le petit portail qui s'ouvre sur ce coin de verdure où est implantée la roulotte. La vue sur les collines maconnaises y est très apaisante. La décoration style tzigane est soignée et nous avons beaucoup aimé la terrasse abritée avec sa guirlande multicolore. bref, un bon séjour et grand bol d'air. Merci à Christophe et Marina pour votre gentillesse.

Mon fils de 5 ans et moi même avons découvert la roulotte de la Fay posée dans un coin de verdure en pleine campagne.Non seulement nous avons passé un très bonne nuit dans cette roulotte confortable mais cela nous a dépaysé complètement! C'est sûr, nous reviendrons mais plus longtemps pour profiter pleinement de l'extérieur (la terrasse, les jeux, les animaux...) Merci aussi pour votre accueil chaleureux!

Avec mon fils de 5 ans nous avons dormi dans la roulotte de la Fay posée au milieu d'un écrin de verdure en pleine campagne et ont a adoré! On passé un très bonne nuit dans cette roulotte confortable mais cela nous a été le dépaysement total! C'est sûr, on reviendra mais plus longtemps pour profiter pleinement des extérieurs (jeux, animaux, terrasse...) Merci aussi pour l'accueil chaleureux!

Perfectly kept, beautiful view, owners are nearby and friendly but privacy is complete. No opinion on restaurants or shops nearby because we prepared our own meals with the well-equipped sheltered open air kitchen. I heartily recommend.
