Enjoy our completely beautiful and renovated 2 bedroom family dupplex house.
Just 5 minutes by car from San Isidro Downtown.
Quiet and safe neighborhood.
Only 35 minutes to Dominical Beach for Surfing, Sport Fishing, watching Whales and Dolphins.
40 Minutes to Marino Ballena National Park.
45 Minutes by car to the entrance of Chirripó National Park, Cloudbridge Reserve, Waterfalls, and Hot Springs.

The space.
Big first floor duplex ,fully furnished 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Home featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, beautiful wood cabinets and doors, ceramic tile throughout, living room with flat- screen TV, cable, fast Wi-Fi/internet connection, terrace, automatic washer and dryer, gated parking lot (1 car )and an outside Gazebo (Ranchito). Due to the tropical weather in Costa Rica we only use the traditional water heating system (ducha) which only provides warm water in the shower. It approximately lasts about 10 to 15 minutes when it turn on and is constantly running. Kitchen and bathroom fawcets do Not have hot water.

We are only 35 minutes to Dominical and other Nationals Parks such as Marino Ballena National Park. You will be able to enjoy lots of others activities that are possible in our valley. For instance gone hiking,hot water swimming pools, waterfalls, fishing, and paragliding. Additionally, you can visit our farm producers who will have delicious coffee, sugar cane, bananas and can enjoy bathing in a river that passes by. Something you should acknowledge if you are a light sleeper ,would be taking in consideration our neighbors having dogs ,due to them sometimes barking during the night. On some occasions there will be guests on top house and sometimes there will be noise due to it.

The neighborhood.
Quiet and safe neighborhood. There are grocery stores, bakery, liquor stores, restaurants, and bars about a 3 minutes walking distance from our house. Our guests can get fresh vegetables and fruits at a reasonable price from a local farmer that passes by our home every Tuesday morning (between 8am to 10am). If you love fitness/exercising you can enjoying walking/running/biking thru our friendly neighborhood. Throughout you can enjoy nature including seeing lots of friendly animals such as dogs,birds,butterflies,cats, and chickens.

Getting around.

If you are arriving by bus we are a two minutes walk from the bus-stop (Escuela Pedregoso) and 20 minutes if you choose to walk the whole way thru.
Taxis are also very cheap, It costs about $6 from San Isidro Downtown. If you prefer to rent a car, there is one gated parking space available.
