The front desk clerk told me that there was no rooms available. This is far from a poor customer experience. This is absolutely a lack of empathy and simple business operation. Now I need to look for another hotel at 9:00 pm

Bed bugs and saggy mattress

Room was tiny but clean. Mattress however was very old, saggy, uncomfortable and I think it had bed bugs. As soon as I lay down wherever my skin touched the mattress I could feel bugs biting me. They were not in the room, they were clearly from the mattress. It was so bad I had to try and put anything between me and the mattress, and felt itchy and crawly. The mattress was like an old saggy burrito, my back hurt from the springs pushing through. I was very glad to her out of there, and much happier with my next location!

Primeramente la aplicación me dio un precio total y cuando llegue cobraron el doble, es decir, no cobran lo que la aplicación indica. El estado de la habitación no estaba muy buena.

Hospedaje básico y muy tranquilo

El hospedaje tiene condiciones básicas y limpio, el ambiente muy agradable y tranquilo con bonito jardín, arboles que dan mucha frescura. La asociación con el restaurante Praditos es una excelente opción para no tener que desplazarse para salir comer, el restaurante muy bueno, menu variado y bien preparado, buenos ingredientes y todo delicioso.

En primer lugar me pareció inapropiado que el recepcionista al pagar con tarjeta ,metió tarjeta en un aparente datafono ,luego me pidió el pin de tarjeta , me negué a suministrar y fue metió la tarjeta en otro fatafono y cobro. Luego me indicó que si quería aire acondicionado debía cancelar 5000 colones más, le indique que aplicación indicaba con ac,no le gustó mucho pero medio control Tomacorrientes habitación solo uno funciona Habitación huele humedad
