Excellent emplacement du logement (à 300 m de la mer)Logement vétuste mais un intérieur correct. Les abords immédiats (dés le franchissement d'une porte vers l'extérieur) peu propres (toiles d'araignée, ... feuilles mortes au pied de la porte)
