This charming house is located at the edge of the forest and the beautiful Vert Bois ocean beach, with bike paths less than 100 meters away. The spacious living area features an open, fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, offering ample space for rest and relaxation. The bathroom has been recently renovated, while the WC is separate. Outside, you'll find a lovely terrace and a garden, ideal for enjoying the outdoors.



The house comes with all the essential amenities, including a vitroceramic cooktop, hood, refrigerator/freezer, oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a TV. Wi-Fi is available, and the garden furniture invites you to unwind outside.
