The staff was very friendly and pleasant, which made the initial check-in experience smooth and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room itself did not live up to expectations. The shower had visible mold, which is a serious cleanliness concern and made using the bathroom uncomfortable. The room also lacked a mini freezer, which was disappointing and inconvenient for storing food or drinks. Additionally, the curtains had cigarette burns and the entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke—even though it was clearly labeled as a non-smoking room. Overall, while the staff did their best to provide good service, the condition of the room significantly impacted the stay and needs urgent attention.
