We returned to this hotel, which we had greatly appreciated in the past. Unfortunately, we noticed that the overall attention to guests is not quite at the same level as before, and there were a few unpleasant situations at the beginning of our stay. That said, I would like to highlight the professionalism of the Guest Relations Manager Farouk Bouyahya, who promptly and effectively stepped in to resolve everything in a smooth and efficient manner. This intervention truly made a difference to our experience. A special thank you also goes to Othman Yousfi in the dining room: attentive to details, polite, and always available. His care and service made our meals very enjoyable. We would also like to thank the chef Hafid, who prepared an excellent pasta — simply delicious and a true highlight of our dining experience. Overall, our stay turned out to be positive, although with some reservations. We sincerely hope the hotel will return to the high standards of excellence we had experienced in the past.

Given a city view. It it was the car park. Buffet restaurant too small and cramped. A very large amount of people in one group took o we the buffet . They took your table and your seats if you stood up! These people were so rude . Even staff were agreeing with us . Some areas near thenoool slippery and people had fallen over in other areas and had fractures to lower limbs . Staff were lovely and helpful though

Our stay at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha was amazing from start to finish! The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The room was spotless with a beautiful view, and we loved relaxing by the pool and on the private beach. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location made it easy to get to the Corniche and other attractions. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Doha!

Staff were lovely and the facilities were perfect. Only little let down was the buffet breakfast and lunch were bland and was not worth the price. Also we went during Ramadan, my wife was pregnant and wanted to drink in the foyer area(which is allowed), however one of the security officer was very rude and told her not to drink, even though it was clear she was pregnant.

We stayed at Rixos for a week (May to June 2025) and it was great, the rooms were clean and the service was fantastic, especially from Manoj, Qaisar and Oye. I would highly recommend it for families and i would stay here again.
