I believe the team would benefit from being more attentive and proactive when engaging with guests. Going the extra mile truly makes a difference, and at times it felt that some staff were not fully aware of who was staying in-house even after two weeks. On a positive note, the Security team was outstanding. Their professionalism and consistency really stood out. Thank you for everything!

The property itself is ok, and the staff are the best part of the stay (nice, efficient, and helpful). It would be nice if the Mexican restaurant and Streat Culture restaurant either had a no-smoking section and/or better ventilation because both are very smoke-filled all day and night, which gave me a headache one night and left me smelling like smoke every time I went. I also feel like the restaurants are a bit overpriced, but maybe that's just the nature of eating at a hotel. Paying $20 for regular nachos is crazy. Overall, the stay was okay, and I guess it's reasonable considering the actual nightly rate.

Unfortunately very hard to get hot water for bath and shower and turn tap in shower came off quite easily, you can cracks in tiles where it may have taken off previously. Disappointed that one time had a party until 5am playing loud music and reception did very little to stop it
