I did not like the insite parking lot. It is very hard to enter into and exit from the parking because it is very tiny. I hit my rented car twice while I was exiting the parking. Parking out side is also hard because of limited spaces. I needed help from the hotel stuff each time I needed to park.

Staff try to look for ways to rip you off throughout ur stay. For example when I got to the hotel my taxi driver charged me 45 riyal. I asked the hotel to book me a taxi upon my departure and instead they booked me an Uber which cost 150 riyal (charged me triple). It’s very disappointing to see staff take advantage of vulnerable tourists.

Good hotel

Very pleasant stay. Room are comfortable and with quality equipment. Buffet breakfast reopened (was stopped due to COVID) recently. Buffet is good and offer a wide range of choices.
