Het verblijf is nog maar sinds oktober open. Dit is zeer duidelijk. Alles is nog heel nieuw en verzorgd. De kamers zijn proper en van alles voorzien (airco, ruime douche, frigo, slippers,…) Er wordt een verzorgd en best uitgebreid ontbijt aangeboden. Er is een mooi zwembad voorzien van voldoende ligbedden en parasols. Momenteel kijk je op de straat wanneer je aan het zwembad ligt. Wanneer de aanplanting wat meer volgroeid zal zijn zal dit een nog aangenamere plek zijn. Momenteel wordt er niet echt een service van drankjes of een hapje aangeboden aan het zwembad. (In het algemeen in de namiddag) Dit zou nog een meerwaarde kunnen zijn. Het restaurant aan het hotel is op zondagavond en maandag niet open. Jammer want we hebben er wel heel lekker gegeten. De eigenaars willen hun gasten duidelijk in de watten leggen en hun een aangenaam verblijf bezorgen.
