"Our host, Joshua, was fantastic! He communicated everything necessary in a timely manner and the few times I had a question, he responded within minutes and was warm and welcoming always. The house was lovely and comfortable. It felt very spacious while also feeling cozy. My son definitely enjoyed having his own “apartment” on the second floor. That’s its own space with a bed, bathroom and living area with a TV and a door to close yourself off from the downstairs. He was in heaven. The yard was lush and green and huge. We could have played a football game on it. And there was a very nice patio out back with a grill, a fire pit and a table and chairs.The area is great! We loved the beach, it was beautiful, and the trail near the house. And we found some great paces to eat nearby.All-in-all it was a great trip and we will definitely be returning to Lewes and Joshua’s Coastal Cottage."

"The home was wonderful, and we had a great time! Everything was provided except a working grill, but anything else you can imagine was there to make our stay feel like home. Close enough to all Delaware beaches and the state park for us to enjoy the beautiful weather and sites. The beds were very comfortable. "

"We chose this house for our 14th annual beach week and were glad we did. The amenities are exceptional, truly exceptional! We had 12 of us from ages 6 to 60’s and the house suited us very well! It has A LOT of room and that’s just inside. The yard was big enough to play wiffle ball, the driveway big enough for pickleball and of course the POOL was a huge hit with the kids and grandkids alike!! Everything you need for a fabulous vacation is right there. We ate inside around a big table and we also ate outside together. There is so much to do just at the house that we spent a lot of time there. Kirsten was extremely responsive to any need we had and ensured that we had a great time. The large family room was just right for our nightly family council meetings where we discussed the day and gave the grands a “kindness theme” for the next day. We also explored all the beaches except Rehoboth (too crowded). We actually like Tower Beach the best, but it is below Dewey Beach so there is traffic that way. And there are a couple of great ice cream places nearby which is a must for us. All in all the house was exceptionally appointed with every amenity you could want and then some like Kayaks! As the subject says, You. Will. Not. Be. Disappointed!"
