Internet not working when we first got there.
Room service only stop by twice in five days and out of those two times only once did we get to exchange towels. The lady didnt appear to understand english. She was kind but my wife asked for more towels and we never saw her again so not sure she understood what we were asking for.
The tv screen is horrible. You can literally see big LEDs behind the screen used to light the screen.
The outlet on the right side of the bed near the light wouldn't hold the simplest of plugs. Its very worn. Fire hazard.
I also carry a UV light in my travels and there are several questionable stains on the carpet, the ac unit, and on the wall near the bathroom sink.
The parking lot is riddled with holes and broken asphalt in several areas. Safety hazard.
Upon checking out I was told that I had a pending charge and the receptionist was unable to give me a final receipt nor check me out due to a mysterious charge. He told me he would bring it to the attention of the manager which he did and the charge was resolved. I had to call back 2 days later and have my receipt emailed to me.
Room 308 needs some attention.
