Everything was very good and beyond expectations. 🍽️ The food is varied, and I attended a special Italian cuisine night which was excellent. 🏊‍♂️ The swimming pool is beautiful and well-maintained. 🚗 The only issue is that the parking area is quite small and cannot accommodate many cars. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel. 👍

First and foremost the hotel has no air conditioning in May! We had hardly any sleep and when we ate in communal areas we were sweating! The rooms were cleaned daily - no complaints The beach and pools were brilliant But the lack of air conditioning really spoiled the whole holiday A special mention to Walid - on the reception desk - his customer service skills were superb. The man in the shisha cafe was also friendly. Everyone else lacked customer service skillls!!

Ce qui marque avant tout c'est la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le suivi de l'ensemble des équipes. Nesrine, Wassim, Farhat et beaucoup d'autres ont tout fait pour que ce séjour nous soit le plus agréable possible. Pour les fines bouches, nous avons particulièrement apprécié les différents buffets et leurs variétés (tous étaient frais et bien préparés). En un seul mot, je recommande très fortement pour tous les âges.

Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, notre porte fenêtre ne se fermait pas à clé. Et nous étions au dessus de la discothèque Il manque de la musique au bord de la piscine, uniquement le matin et de 15 à 17h Le soir il manque aussi de l’animation au niveau du salon de l’accueil et un fond musical après l’animation. Un peu triste pour les jeunes.
